No Returns/Exchange ONLY
ForeverXO By Jag understands what it means for you to have a satisfying online shopping experience, and we're here to provide our best services. We have a NO REFUND policy. However, we do fulfill exchanges within our guidelines.

To exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase and we must get notice of the request within 7 business days of the original purchase date. Any order dates that are past our 7-day window ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.

Exchanges (if applicable)
To be eligible for a exchange your item must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your items will only be exchanged for equal or greater value and you will be responsible to pay for any additional cost difference for greater value exchanges. Once your returned purchase is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your even exchange. If you are approved, then your request will be processed within 48 business hours which do not include weekends or holidays.

We do not accept returns on products that are considered intimate such as lingerie, bodysuits, and swimwear. Those product purchases are final sale and NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.

Shipping:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or to the address on your received package or shipping labels. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to ForeverXO By Jag, you need to consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. At that time you will need to provide our customer service department with tracking details. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, nor will ForeverXO By Jag be responsible for any lost packages.
